Allu Arjun was arrested in a death case related to the release of Pushpa 2. The Police charged under section BNS 105 is a section of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) that addresses the punishment for culpable homicide that is not considered murder and 118 (1) (voluntarily causing hurt/grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means) of BNS.

Justice Juvvadi Sridevi pronounced Interim Order for Allu Arjun after two hours of hearing. Senior Council S Niranjan Reddy appeared for Allu Arjun.
